Well, I haven't had much time to write, but I just wanted to say that.....I got a snowboard from my wonderful hubby!!! Boots, bindings....the whole enchilada! Can't wait to get out and use them, and oh..., I should also add that I also adopted a sea turtle...thanks Eric and Becca-also, in other news, my brother got engaged!!!:) Jonas loves opening presents...It was so much fun watching his little eyes light up...he would grab a piece of wrapping paper, and we would pull the present away until all the paper fell off, and, viola!
We have been all over...with more driving to go, but it has been wonderful...we love our family and are so thankful for their hospitality and generosity! The snow has been incredible...in Rockford we got over 2 feet of snow, so Jason and I built a snowman and ate lemonade snow...for those of you who haven't tried this, just take some containers of juice out in the backyard and pour away...any kind of flavored snow you could ask for....as much as you want, and its free:) Jonas loves playing in the snow too...it was so deep that we could stick him in it, and he stood up!! Also, I just have to add that Jason and I feel so blessed as we look back over this year...God has been so good...Jonas is already 7 months old, he loves to travel, he loves meeting new people, he loves breastfeeding...a huge blessing monetarily for sure, and, it makes traveling so much easier...we never run out of food:) He bring more joy than I could have ever imagined! Praise the Lord for this little person! Will write more soon...and add more pictures!!
