July 8 update

So just a quick update----we are back from a wonderful weekend celebrating the 4th of July, my dad's birthday---and also a fantastic backpacking trip with my brothers and dad to Rock Island---I will update with pictures soon! I just had to share that I have been feeling this baby move like crazy---and Jason just felt it for the first time a couple days ago as we were laying in the tent listening to the peaceful sounds of summertime at night---it is such a special moment for Daddy to finally feel it! Jason told me that he feels like it brings him into the pregnancy more and helps him connect to this new little one on a more personal level:) Also, today we have a our ultrasound!! I am so excited and just must say that I have no idea what it is----I was thinking girl for sure for the longest time, but the more I think about it, a boy sounds just as wonderful--and since it's just as probable, we'll just have to see:)... And just for fun-here's a few sweet pictures of Jonas and Daddy reading in the morning:)
