Blizzard!

What a beautiful day! We are loving being all cozy and stuck home today on this SNOWY Saturday! I love days that have no agenda (partly because they can't!)! My dad made it safely last night, which is a huge blessing because he certainly could not have made it today! Right now my Mom is baking sugar cookies, Jonas and Freya are in dreamland, Jason is cleaning his closet, and I am loving this time with family just soaking in moments with Freya---I held her for 2 hours and just watched her sleep----she is a snuggler for sure, sleeping so soundly in people's arms:) We also got to go out and Jason dug out a huge snow tunnel---Jonas lasted for quite awhile outside too considering he got to climb in there and be out of the wind----As of right now, we've had over 20 inches or so on the porch and more is still coming down! Yay for true Minnesota winters! It is absolutely beautiful outside! As my dear brother said once when people were complaining about living in Minnesota due to the cold, "I love living in Minnesota----we have REAL weather!"
