Balance
Balance. In life. Hard to find. These days are crazy...waiting for baby to arrive---and searching for houses---we made an offer on one on Monday morning and were told that we would hear about it yesterday. Well, we did. We found out that we needed to WAIT longer. Now we are told that we should probably hear on Thursday...and things have gotten more complicated....more offers, more appraisals, more confusion in my brain. You can only live like this for so long before you feel like you are going to explode. I am so thankful for fresh mornings--I felt ready to take on the day again today...and my dear sweet Mom is here and has been since last Wednesday. Praise the Lord. My best friend...she has kept me sane by loving on the kids and all of us, really. Always busy folding laundry, reading books to attention-hungry children, always an encouraging word on her tongue---and wisdom for these two crazy-stressed 28-years-olds. I thought this morning my hair would be completely gray when I looked in the mirror. I don't know what I would have done without her this week. Thank you Lord. You know our needs and you are bigger than banks and realtors and paperwork and due dates...all of it is in your hands. Sigh...thank you for being God while we WAIT.

I remember waiting SO long for both of our houses....goodness, what a waiting game! I can't imagine being overdue with your third child on top of it and having other stresses in life!! You're right...God is bigger than it all!! Praying you get answers quick (and a new baby in your arms) :)
