HEY!!! We have had two days at Kitty's Road so far, and the first day we had sunny skies, and it was wonderful....today it is raining, thus creating quite a challenge for us as we are trying to accommodate everyone in a very small space. The community has a little center, so we partitioned off part of it for the adults and a part for the children. This worked but for the noise levels....pray for patience and patience and more patience as we try to work together sometimes in small spaces....we are doing well, however. The people seem very receptive to our coming, and yesterday while we were doing service projects around the neighborhood, many asked why we were there and it was a blessings to tell them. Jason spent 3 and 1/2 hours "strimming" as they call it here....weed whacking for us...all over the field or "pitch" as they would call it...hard work, but the place looks wonderful. We pulled weeds, went door to door visiting people and praying with them, painting, mowing, and various other odd jobs to serve the community. We need your prayers...so keep praying...pray for the children to have open hearts for our message and pray that more will come...there are some families in the area that are very ostracized from the rest of the community, and therefore don't feel like they can participate. Pray that God would soften hearts and also break down walls so that these children can come!!! We miss you all so much! Now I'm off for a "wee bit of craic" of perhaps a "dander"....translated hang-out time or a walk:) Love you!
