Photo Challenge--- better late than never!

I am joining the photo challenge today (6 days late) as Jonas and I were out of town visiting my dear family last week, which was a fantastically relaxing time, I might add, and these last two days have been so extraordinarily busy with dear old friends coming to visit and church and work and everything that I have not had time to sit down at the computer for more than 2 minutes! Sorry to those of you that probably have been thinking---"would she update her blog already?" Anyway, Day 6 of this challenge that lasts for 30 days is supposed to be a "Photo that makes you laugh"...and it was really easy to find several of those in my collection---This one however, took the cake for me, because I don't think I've ever felt so far away from a a size 2 homecoming dress in my entire life!!! Steph- if you're reading this, you will be laughing too----oh how many dances we got all pretty for in high-school...complaining we didn't look skinny enough---and now, as I sit here in my size 300 pants, (joke) I think, really---what was I ever complaining about? Ha! That dress and I will never be friends again! This picture also makes me laugh because I loved high school---some people say they hated it, but I really had so. much. fun.---I had wonderful friends, I loved my youth group, I loved running cross country, and I just remember enjoying life being young. I laughed alot back then---still do now, but I love that God blesses us with sweet seasons in our lives, and while they all have their place, we certainly have our favorites:) So, to a person that probably made me laugh the hardest during those sweet teenage years----here's to us, Steph, as motherhood has certainly changed us (in many ways:)
