So I have really enjoyed decorating this year...it is so fun to put things in new places and try new ideas:) Of course, we've had to get creative due to the little hands attached to a very curious little person in our midst:) Jonas seems to enjoy it too...he loves the manger scene and all of the animals and already has his favorite ornaments on the tree-the ones that he points to and wants to hold---namely the little bear that plays music and a "choo choo" (a little wooden train). He also likes the snowmen under the Christmas tree (as pictured above) and the presents (though these are not yet under the tree:)---I have a little nook in my room reserved for present wrapping...and he loves to look at all of the colorful packages, but he just points and says, "ooooo" "oooo" because we have told him that they aren't for touching. So sweet:)
Anyway, here a few fun pictures from a lazy, chilly, and sunny Sunday afternoon:) Jonas is wearing his little duckie socks from when he was a baby...he thinks they are the funniest thing...he even waddles when he walks with them on...which is great...he was too little to enjoy them before anyway:) He also loves this red hat and pretty much refuses to let me put another one on his head...oh boy...more and more each day he is starting to remind me of someone I know all too well!! (and not Jason, as I am sure those of you who know him would agree:)
