Quick update...Jan is on the mend...she is talking and even walking (a little)...still very weak, but we are so thankful that her strength is coming back and she is out of ICU. Praise the Lord! She and my mom have had some sweet times together during the hours in the hospital--I am so glad they can be together and that my mom, with her experience as a nurse, has also been a constant source of reality-based encouragement--they are such wonderful friends:)--my Dad keeps me updated on what's happening out in Everett as his primary responsibility these past few days has been Rosie, the family bulldog:) (I can hear her breathing when I am on the phone with my Dad:)... I love you Mom and Dad--You are the perfect team! Also, pray for my parents as they make their return journey across the country by auto on Sunday. We are excited to see them on the return trip!
