I feel like we live in so many places...

Jonas and I have been on the road so much this last week...we were in Door County for my mom's birthday last weekend, then my parent's came up for my brothers jazz band concert on Thursday, then I went back with them to Rockford for Becca's shower (which was beautiful by-the-way), then my mom brought me back up last night and she stayed with us:) WOW! Jonas is such a good traveler, which is completely necessary for all that to have happened! I am also glad it is springtime, so the weather has cooperated with all of our running around. I got to play tennis for the first time this year with my mom too...I love tennis!
Funny story....so yesterday, when my mom and I were about 20 mins from home, we were on 694E (a major highway up here) and traffic was completely stopped on both the west-bound and east-bound lanes...and we couldn't figure out why....no cars on the side of the road, no sirens, nothing...then we saw why....a white dog was weaving in and out of the 4 lanes...like a game! He was merrily tromping back and forth...the cops were chasing him, people were getting out of their cars trying to call him and throwing sticks and whistling, and snapping....so funny...this dog had traffic lined up for more that 3 miles....4 lanes of traffic totally closed...and he just having a grand old time:) What a stinker! We finally made it through, and then on home, but my o my, that pup was is some deep trouble!
Here are a couple of pics from the past few weeks, just because I can't seem to keep up with everything that is going on around here!!

Claire, thanks so much for your comments on my blog!! Isn't it fun to watch things grow? That's awesome about your pumpkin seeds! Last year I planted tomatoes "just to see what would happen" as well and I had the largest tomatoes I've ever seen! It was hilarious!! It's been fun to read about your many adventures!!
