During our visit to Rockford, we got to spend some quality time with Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa, and they happened to have a treasure in store for Jonas in the attic...an heirloom wooden rocking horse that Jonas's great-great-great (really) Ramona made for my mom when she was little. Needless to say, he loved it:) and continues to love it...His favorite thing is to ride the rocking horse while an accompanying adult reads "Clippity Clop" a book about animals riding a horse:) So we read about "neigh neighs" while also getting to ride on one:) He loves to delegate tasks and knows exactly what he wants:) Oh the joys of childhood...because the cuteness factor certainly aids in these endeavors:)
